When selling a property, traditional Realtors® charge a *7% fee on the $100,000 of the price and then 2.5% or more on the remaining balance. This commission is then split with buyer’s agent who normally gets less then half, approximately 46% of the total.

Here we only charge a flat listing fee of 5% on 1st 100k & 2% on balance, this includes traditional buyer’s agent fee of 3.255% and 1.1625% and our discounted flat fee of 1.745% on 1st 100k and .8375% on balance.
