When you sign up for Vancouver City Real Estate.ca, you are under no obligation to buy property or continue working with us. Your membership, if not renewed automatically, expires in 180 days from the moment you signed up. To view properties in person, simply call or email us and we will schedule a tour for you and then we'll meet you at the property and tour it with you. We can schedule tours for up to five properties at a time. If a property you are interested in has an open house, you are free to attend the open house on your own without meeting with us. Remember, to receive cash back on your purchase of a home we must serve as your buyer's agent, which means that we must physically meet and look at properties together and that you cannot work with another buyer's agent while working with us.
